What is this?
There are three open-hand forms in Wing Tsun: Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu, and Biu Tze. Each form builds upon the other. These forms are packed with practical application for fighting and health. They are the building blocks of our comprehensive student program and our unique approach to fighting application.
In the Siu Nim Tau, Students get acquainted with Wing Tsun’s unique approach to health and self defense. Students improve their Coordination, leg strength, and mental focus in this form.
Chum Kiu introduces students to the kicking methods, coordinated total body movements, as well as balance.
Biu Tze teaches how to use the thrusting fingers, advanced elbow techniques, and evasive footwork.
